SBA Opens Center for Quake Victims
The U.S. Small Business Administration Monday opened a disaster assistance center in Granada Hills, where Northridge earthquake victims can get help filling out loan forms for uninsured property damage.
The center at 17030 Devonshire St. will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
