HUNTINGTON BEACH : Books Needed for Annual Library Sale
The Main Street Library Branch needs used books for its upcoming book sale Sept. 17.
Fiction and nonfiction books will be accepted. The annual book sale is the branch’s main fund-raiser of the year. The branch relies heavily on proceeds from this event to buy new and much-needed materials.
Donations will be accepted during library hours at 525 Main St. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The library is closed Friday and Saturday.
The book sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A silent auction is underway at the library and will continue until noon on Sept. 17.
