Mexican crooner Luis Miguel’s “Segundo Romance” continues to be one of the dominant albums on the Times’ Southern California pop chart, landing at No. 7. Some predicted a big drop-off, dismissing last week’s No. 5 debut as an aberration. But the two-notch descent is fairly insignificant. Miguel’s album is the clear leader on the Latin album chart, both in Southern California and nationally. Another unusual Top 10 entry, that live “3 Tenors” pop-classical album is also still doing strong business.
