Television: Gay and lesbian comedy special, “Out There II,” hosted by Amanda Bearse, with appearances by Whoopi Goldberg, Cybill Shepherd, Patrick Stewart and such comedians as Frank Maya, Scott Silverman and Kate Clinton, 9 p.m., Tuesday, Comedy Central. “Out There II” will repeat Wednesday at 3 a.m., Friday at 11 p.m. and Saturday at 10 p.m.
