Rock Station KNAC-FM Sold: Augusta, Ga.-based Keymarket Communications sold the heavy-metal radio station (105.5) to Liberman Broadcasting, which is likely to change it to a Spanish-language format after the sale is approved by the Federal Communications Commission, sources said. The station, which Keymarket reportedly bought for $7 million, sold for an estimated $13 million, according to sources at KNAC. Liberman Broadcasting has purchased and sold several Spanish-language stations in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
