LONG BEACH : 2 Sought in Drive-By Attack That Killed 1 Man, Injured 1
Police in Long Beach on Thursday were seeking two gunmen who opened fire from a vehicle, killing one man and wounding another.
The drive-by attack about 9:30 Wednesday night at Daisy Avenue and 8th Street, took the life of a friend of Anthony Robinson, 27, who was wounded in the attack, said Long Beach Police Detective William MacLyman.
Robinson’s friend, whose name was being withheld, died before reaching the hospital.
Robinson, who was hit in the stomach by one of the four shots fired, was hospitalized in satisfactory condition, the detective said.
