LOS ANGELES : Roseanne, Tom Arnold to Divorce, Publicist Says
Roseanne and estranged husband Tom Arnold have mutually decided to obtain a divorce as soon as is legally possible, her publicist said Tuesday.
The divorce is expected to be final by Dec. 9, according to the brief statement issued by Kevin Campbell of PMK Public Relations.
“All property issues will be resolved by settlement or trial at a future date,” the statement said.
The actress-comedian, who recently announced that she would use just her first name, said she was “happy to finally put this chapter of my life behind me.”
Roseanne reportedly plans to marry her bodyguard, Ben Thomas. She has several children with her first husband, Bill Pentland, whom she divorced in 1990 after 15 years of marriage.
She has been married to Arnold for about four years.
