Woman Bleeds to Death After Falling on Chain Saw

MT. VERNON, Wash. —
A woman bled to death after she accidentally fell against a chain saw her husband was operating, authorities said. Mindy Sue Feathers was helping her husband clear some small trees Monday at their home outside Mt. Vernon when she tripped on some brush, the Skagit County coroner said. The chain saw struck an artery in her neck.
