THOUSAND OAKS : Man Shot at Home of Estranged Wife
A Thousand Oaks man was listed in good condition Sunday at Los Robles Regional Medical Center after being shot in the right leg.
Craig Moran, 38, was shot late Saturday after arriving at the Thousand Oaks home of his estranged wife to retrieve property, police said.
A verbal and physical fight ensued, and another man confronted Moran, investigators said. The victim fled the residence in the 2100 block of Calle Camelia and sought treatment at Los Robles, officials said.
Investigators are searching for the gunman but no description of the suspect was provided in police reports.
The case is being investigated by the major crimes unit of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.
