2 Men Killed in Car Crash
Two Compton men were killed and a third escaped uninjured in a car crash early Sunday on the Antelope Valley Freeway east of Agua Dulce, California Highway Patrol officers said.
Aldo Lujan, 22, and Eliazar Quintero, 22, were killed when Lujan lost control of their vehicle about 3 a.m. while driving south on the freeway near Escondido Canyon Road, officers said.
The car hit the center divider, overturned and rolled, ejecting Lujan and Quintero, who was a passenger in the back seat. Raymundo Morales, also 22, from Compton, was riding in the front seat and was not hurt, officers said.
None of the three men in the car were wearing seat belts, officers said.
