Oden Sparks Diggers’ Sweep of Stars

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Elaina Oden, a former Irvine High and University of the Pacific standout, had 13 kills as the Orange County Diggers beat the Sacramento Stars in a National Volleyball Assn. match Sunday at Golden West College.
The Diggers won, 15-13, 15-10, 15-12. Orange County plays host to San Jose at 1 p.m. Sunday.
