Seven members of the Simi Valley-Moorpark Assn. of Realtors have been named to statewide committees of the California Assn. of Realtors.
New committee members and their assignments are Irene Allen, equal opportunity; Cheryl Carrillo, federal issues and local government relations; KC Cyga, common interest subcommittee; Carlyn Paterson, real estate finance; Shanon Rich-Wolf, leadership forum; Rebecca D. Scott, membership and jurisdictional, and Barbara Swink, association executive.
* Concordia Homes Inc., a Ventura home builder, has retained Scott Gilman of Directors Mortgage Loan Corp. in Ventura and Trudi Helgeson of California Mortgage in Ventura to assist buyers of units in Concordia’s tracts in east Ventura.
* Mel Sheeler, general manager of Hilford Moving & Storage in Ventura, has been named board president of the Boys & Girls Club of Ventura.
