Mary Kaiser, executive vice president of Bank of A. Levy, has been named interim head of United Way of Ventura County. She succeeds Tom Rummell, who resigned last month for personal reasons.
Kaiser joined Bank of A. Levy in 1988. As executive vice president, she has supervised all branch offices, marketing, trust, customer service, central operations and facilities. She has been a United Way board member since 1989.
* Mary Ann Blake has been named administrative coordinator of the headquarters office of Lauterbach & Associates, an architectural and planning firm based in Oxnard. She has more than 10 years experience in the architectural support and planning field.
* Ursulita Sakilayan has been named the Point Mugu Federal Credit Union’s 1994 employee of the year. She began with the credit union in 1982 as a part-time teller. She is now a member service representative at the Point Mugu branch. The credit union also has branches in Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura.
