Black Political Group to Meet

Members of the Ventura County chapter of the Black American Political Assn. of California will hold their third annual dinner and dance Friday, during which new officers will be installed.
The keynote speaker for the event will be former Thousand Oaks Mayor Larry Horner, who was the first African American elected to a city council in Ventura County.
The dinner costs $30 per person and is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Harbortown Marina Resort in Ventura. For more information, call 488-3047.
