CRENSHAW : Caribbean Sounds at Library Concert
The Angeles Mesa Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library is sponsoring a free concert of Caribbean music Friday at 1 p.m.
The Caribbean Duo, a local group, will perform reggae and other types of Caribbean music. The event is sponsored by the county Music and Performing Arts Commission and other agencies.
The Angeles Mesa branch is temporarily located at 2400 W. 54th Street. Its 52nd Street site is undergoing earthquake retrofitting.
