--Newspaper stories about what people do who aren’t watching the Super Bowl.

--Sports talk radio (not restricted to Super Bowl time)

--Shots of player relatives in the stands (not restricted to Super Bowls).

--The obligatory congratulation of the behind-the-scenes personnel on the broadcast.

--Congratulatory calls from the White House.

--The second half.

--AFC representation.

--Super Bowl parties we didn’t get invited to.

--Having to wait 12 months for another one.
