Wolf did not allow a run. He walked two and struck out seven.

In Wolf’s only other appearance at Pepperdine, he pitched three scoreless, hitless innings against USC on Friday.

Wolf, two-time City Section 4-A player of the year and The Times’ Valley player of the year last season, was drafted in the 25th round by the Dodgers last summer, but he turned down a professional contract to play at Pepperdine.
