On 1st Outing Together, Father Kills Daughter, Self
A father taking his 1-year-old daughter on their first outing together Saturday shot and killed the girl and himself in the carport of his parents’ Rosemead home.
Bunna Pang, 26, who had an intermittent relationship with the girl’s mother, had seen his daughter Jennifer only half a dozen times since her birth, authorities said. On Saturday morning he took her to visit his parents and “appeared to be very depressed for unknown reasons,” Sheriff’s Department spokesman Sgt. Ron Spear said.
