MOORPARK : Computer Courses Offered at College
Classes begin Monday for Moorpark College’s short-term microcomputer courses, and there still is time to register, school officials said.
The 43 classes will run for eight weeks and are available in the day and night. Students can register in the Admissions and Records Office in the Administration Building.
The day classes include Advanced DOS Functions (Version 6.22), Introduction to DBase IV, Word 6 for Windows I and Excel 5 for Windows 5. The evening classes include the DOS class, Hard Disk Management (DOS), Lotus 1-2-3 II (Version 2.4) and WordPerfect II (Version 6.0).
Each course costs $13 for students without four-year degrees and $50 for graduates with four-year degrees.
