Popp Gets VP Job With Century 21; Pacheco to Run Hotel’s Marketing
Bob Popp has joined Century 21 of the Pacific Inc. in La Palma as vice president of operations. He will be responsible for managing the marketing, financial, research and administrative operations of the division that extends from the Mexican border to San Luis Obispo and includes Hawaii and Guam. Popp was formerly regional director for Century 21 of the Southeast Inc. in Orlando.
* Diane Pacheco has been named director of sales and marketing for the Sutton Place Hotel in Newport Beach. She was previously director of sales and marketing for the Inn at the Park hotel in Anaheim.
* Todd Funk has been appointed senior designer for the Keith Companies, a Costa Mesa planning and engineering company. Funk, who joined the company in 1987, will be responsible for supervising the design of residential site plans and tentative maps.
* Robert Elliott has been named vice president of urban planning and design for the Irvine Co. in Newport Beach. He will oversee conceptual planning and design for the company’s development projects in Orange County, which include residential neighborhoods, resort communities and commercial centers. Elliott joined the Irvine Co. in 1990 as senior director of environmental design. Before that, he was managing principal for the SWA Group in Laguna Beach.
* Jack Schrader has been named chief financial officer of Tarbell Financial Corp., the Santa Ana parent company of Tarbell Realtors, Mission Hills Mortgage, Landwood Title, Hartford Escrow and Tarbell Insurance Services. Schrader had been a partner with Arthur Andersen & Co. in the Los Angeles, Tokyo and Albuquerque offices; the principal of Schrader Associates, a financial management service firm, and chief financial officer for Acacia Construction Inc.
