Michele Mesh has been named vice president and escrow manager for National Bank of Southern California in Newport Beach. She will also be vice president and manager of Venture Partners Inc., an intermediary for tax-deferred real estate exchanges. Before joining the bank, Mesh was with Spring Mountain Escrow Corp. for 15 years, most recently as vice president and manager of the Irvine/Newport Beach branch.
