PASADENA : 3.1-Magnitude Aftershock Shakes Big Bear Area

A 3.1-magnitude aftershock of the 1992 Landers earthquake was reported Thursday near Big Bear Lake, a Caltech spokesman said.
It was the second aftershock to hit the area since April 14, when a 3.0-magnitude temblor rolled through the Southland, Caltech spokesman Jay Aller said.
