Personal Income
Helped by a jump in federal subsidy payments to farmers, Arkansas and Nebraska led the country in personal income growth during the first three months of this year. Percentage changes, by state, in personal income from the fourth quarter of 1994 to the first quarter of 1995, followed by a ranking for each state during the period.
