2 Charged in Killing of Boy, 15
BURBANK —
Two alleged gang members were charged with murder Tuesday for the shooting death of a 15-year-old Burbank boy, police said.
Jose Heriverto Cervantes, 19, of Glendale, and a 16-year-old Glendale boy were arrested in the past week on suspicion of shooting George Carino in June on a Burbank street corner, Lt. Larry Koch said. Koch said Carino associated with gangs and the killing was part of a gang dispute.
