La Habra : Applicants Sought for New Advisory Panel

The city is seeking applicants to fill 15 seats on its newly created Community Development Block Grant Program Citizen Participation Committee.
The committee was created to set priorities on which projects and activities receive community development funds. Members must be La Habra residents. Their terms will last three years.
The committee will hold three hearings each year, during which the public will be invited to provide input. Applications are available at City Hall. The deadline to return them is Sept. 29.
Interviews will take place Oct. 5 and 19.
