Boy, 17, Found Shot in Head in Glendale
GLENDALE —
A 17-year-old boy was found shot in the head early Saturday by city police, who said the attack in the 300 block of East Cypress Street appeared gang-related.
The youth was taken to County-USC Medical Center, where he was listed in grave condition and was on a life-support system, said Sgt. Ron Insalaco.
Insalaco said police were called to the scene of the shooting, about 1:30 a.m., but he declined to identify the wounded teen-ager or release further details.
