Orange County coroner’s officials are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who was stabbed to death two weeks ago in Santa Ana.
A passerby found the man at Fiesta Marketplace in downtown Santa Ana in the early morning hours of Sept. 7. He was a Latino, 25 to 32 years old, 5-feet-8 1/2 and 128 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Officials said he was wearing a white, long-sleeve dress shirt with small colored stripes, a black T-shirt, Levi’s 550 blue acid wash jeans, a beige crocodile-patterned belt and white athletic shoes.
He also might have been wearing a Casio brand digital wristwatch.
Anyone with information is asked to call the coroner’s office at (714) 647-7410 or Santa Ana Police Detective Phil Lazano at (714) 647-5168 or 834-4801.
