Which Is Better: Bigger or Smaller?
* I am confused. All my life I have been taught that a thing cannot be and not be at the same time.
Now I read in your paper that a lot of the big companies are merging into bigger companies so they can consolidate and cut costs. In the same paper, I read that some members of the Los Angeles Unified School Board want to divide the district into many smaller districts to cut costs.
Who do I believe? Which came first: the chicken or the egg?
