Van Nuys : Woman’s Body Found in Burning Truck
The body of a woman was found in a burning pickup truck Friday morning, and police said they were not certain whether foul play was involved.
The woman had not been positively identified late Friday, Los Angeles Police Lt. Richard Blankenship said. She was found in the pickup about 6:40 a.m. behind an apartment building in the 13000 block of Victory Boulevard.
“We don’t know if it was some sort of foul play or whether it was an accident,” Blankenship said.
