In order for our City of Angels to become the dream metropolis that’s envisioned by some of our elected officials, we as a collective group must make some very insightful decisions. It is painfully obvious that unless our so-called leaders look toward eradicating the gang mentality that drifts throughout the city, we can never become that great metropolis dreamed about by so few.

If we don’t clean up our city by utilizing the so-called system it would seem likely that the citizens will begin to take matters into their own hands. What jury in the world would convict anyone for extracting justice on the gang members who kill their families or their relatives?
