MOORPARK : Ranch Foreman Died in Accident
A 46-year-old Somis man was identified Tuesday as the victim of a single-car accident Monday in Moorpark.
Andres Hernandez, a ranch foreman, was identified by the Ventura County coroner’s office through dental records.
Hernandez, who is survived by his wife, Mary, died early Monday when his truck drifted off Los Angeles Avenue near Hitch Boulevard, hit a tree and burst into flames.
Hernandez died immediately of injuries to the chest and abdomen, coroner’s officials said.
