Panorama City : Man Shot to Death by Police Identified

Officials on Monday identified a 33-year-old man who was shot to death by police Saturday night.
Juan Gonzalez was killed when police found him armed and holed up in his girlfriend’s apartment in the 14600 block of Rayen Avenue in Panorama City.
Gonzalez, police said, opened fire on the officers, hitting one in the elbow. Gonzalez was killed when the officers returned fire.
