The session will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at St. Paschal's Baylon School, 154 E. Janss Road, in Thousand Oaks.

Fees are $50 for El Concilio del Condado de Ventura to help process applications, including fingerprinting and photographs, and $95 for the federal government, payable by check or money order.
