One of the leaders of the Narbonne team that upset defending City 4-A champion Sylmar, 22-21, in the playoff quarterfinals is offensive and defensive lineman Kevin Jordan. He is a three-year starter and a team captain, who also excels in basketball and in the classroom. Jordan carries a 3.83 grade-point average, with a heavy load of college preparatory courses.
