The Celebrity Theatre in Anaheim, dormant since early 1994, will reopen as the Freedman Forum Concert Theatre when Kenny Rogers performs there Jan. 24-26, operator Bruce A. Kahn said Friday. Tickets will go on sale after Jan. 1 when the 2,500-seat, in-the-round venue’s box-office reopens. Rogers is the only confirmed act, but Kahn said about 10 other performers are tentatively booked.
