MARYLAND : 1 Dead, 2 Hurt in Mall Shooting; 2 Held

Police arrested two suspects in a Salisbury, Md., mall shooting that killed one person and wounded two others. Gabriel Cannon, 23, and his cousin, 19, were found at Cannon’s home in Norfolk, Va. They were arrested on murder and attempted murder charges. The shooting appeared to be in retaliation for a fight last summer between Cannon and Roy Davis, 21, who was fatally shot, Police Capt. Elton Harrington said. Anthony Waters, 26, a bystander who was shopping with his wife, was listed in serious condition; Lybrant Graham, 19, a friend of Davis, was in critical condition, police said.
