Fire Near Seoul Destroys 130 Stores, Injures 4

SEOUL —
A fire raced through an indoor marketplace today, injuring four and burning down at least 130 stores.
About 150 firefighters and 200 volunteers tried to prevent the fire from spreading into other areas of the central market in Kwangmyung City, 25 miles southwest of Seoul.
All the injured were in stable condition, police said. The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
