Long Beach Man Found Shot to Death in Driveway

A 20-year-old man was shot to death in Long Beach and found lying in a pool of blood, police said.

Officers responded to a report of shots fired about 2 a.m. in the 700 block of East 7th Street and found the body of John Bigsoldier Jr. in a driveway, said Cpl. Richard Questal of the Long Beach Police Department.

“He suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene,” Questal said. No suspects were in custody by late Tuesday.
