2 Men Sought in Invasion Robbery
Police are searching for two men responsible for a home-invasion robbery in Oxnard.
Two Latino males in their 20s--wearing white T-shirts, jeans and face coverings--invaded the home of Tony and Christine Roseman in the 1200 block of Isleton Place Monday night, police said.
The men knocked on the couple’s front door and forced their way into the house when it was opened, police said.
The Rosemans and their 17-year-old son were forced to the ground by the gun-wielding men, police said. The men demanded money and fled with $50 in cash, police said.
“It’s a pretty frightening crime. We don’t have these very often,” Cmdr. Chuck Hookstra said.
