Colleges : Campus scene : Free Talks to Focus on the Role of Light
Cal State Fullerton is offering a free six-week lecture series on light.
Alumna Beverly Turley will present the lectures, “Light on the Landscape.”
She will explore the role of light in defining space and time, in exploration, communication and photography, as well as language, music, religion and medicine, university officials said.
The lectures will be at 1 p.m. Thursdays beginning Jan. 25 at the Mackey Auditorium in the Ruby Gerontology Center on campus.
