The Enforcer (KCOP Sunday at 6 p.m.), Clint Eastwood’s third and arguably best “Dirty Harry” movie, finds Harry tracking down an elusive terrorist group that eventually snatches San Francisco’s mayor. Tyne Daly, in a “Cagney & Lacey” warm-up, is Harry’s latest partner, who proves her mettle and then some to the macho Harry.

RoboCop (KTLA Tuesday at 8 p.m.), the 1987 comic book-style actioner about a automated cop (Peter Weller)--in futuristic Detroit where private industry has taken over the police. It satirizes a society where every tendency toward dehumanization and centralization has gone out of control and suggests that Robocop’s struggle between humanity and programming is a noble one.

In RoboCop 2 (KTLA Thursday at 8 p.m.) we can feast on RoboCop’s dismantling at the hands of a gang of terrorist dope dealers. However, this 1990 sequel has trouble holding itself together.

Writer-director James B. Harris’s 1993 film noir Boiling Point (KABC Thursday at 9 p.m.) is a stylish, deliberately B-scale movie that boasts an ensemble Grade A cast Wesley Snipes’ U.S. Treasury agent, in pursuit of his partner’s killer(s), and Dennis Hopper, as an ex-con with a taste for counterfeit money, are both on seven-day deadlines, which intersect.

Hard to Kill (KCOP Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 6 p.m.) is a preposterous 1990 another one-against-a-hundred action movie. Martial arts whiz Steven Seagal, plunged into a coma by the Mafia assassins of an L.A. assemblyman with senatorial ambitions, wakes up seven years later and begins a one-man rampage.

Top Gun (KCOP Saturday at 8 p.m.), the 1987 mega-hit flyboy beefcake fantasy, towel-clad hunks (Tom Cruise, Val Kilmer) sneer at each other during flight training and then join forces to kill The Enemy.

In the 1993 Life with Mikey (KABC Saturday at 9 p.m.) Michael J. Fox gives an affable performance as a former child TV star who now heads a third-rate children’s talent agency. Christina Vidal stars as the feisty moppet he spars with.
