A rash of fighters are missing in action from tonight’s Warner Center Marriott boxing card billed as “Champions in Action.”

Salvador Maciel, Mexican heavyweight champion, and Armando Meza, a featherweight, were unable to cross the border due to visa problems, promoters said.

Maciel (21-6, all victories by knockout) was scheduled to fight Justin Fortune (12-3-1, eight KOs) of Australia for the World Boxing Board Penta title.
