ANAHEIM — A building supplies company said Monday that it will close its two Los Angeles County facilities and relocate to Anaheim in May, consolidating operations and bringing 80 workers to the new facility.
Itochu Building Products Inc., based in New York City, signed a $5-million lease for a nearly 200,000-square-foot building at 1515 E. Winston Road. The building products distributor will move from facilities in City of Commerce and the San Gabriel Valley.
“We’re running out of big buildings in Orange County,” said Clyde Stauff, a Seeley Co. broker who worked on the deal. “That’s good news for our real estate market.”
