Westside : ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
The Culver City Redevelopment Agency celebrated its 25th anniversary Monday with a reception attended by congressman Kevin Murray (D-Los Angeles), Los Angeles County Supervisor Yvonne Brathwaite Burke and Culver City officials.
The agency can boast a long list of accomplishments, including the Fox Hills Mall, built in the 1970s, which was one of the agency’s first major projects. Last year, the agency completed improvements that transformed Culver City’s downtown area and finished building a new City Hall.
