Gangsta rapper Notorious BIG was charged with assault after allegedly attacking a pair of autograph seekers with a baseball bat. The rapper, whose real name is Christopher Wallace, and a friend hopped in their car to chase the two victims, who tried to flee in a taxi after Wallace refused to sign his autograph and they argued, Det. Mark Patterson said. The two caught up and allegedly smashed the cab’s windshield, hood and doors before attacking the men, Patterson said.
