Litton Wins Contract for $26.6 Million Over 5 Years

Litton Industries Inc.’s PRC subsidiary has been awarded a $26.6-million contract over five years by the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Litton, based in Woodland Hills, is a major defense contractor, and its PRC subsidiary, based in McLean, Va., is a supplier of information technology systems for government agencies.
PRC is involved in technical and maintenance work as part of NOAA’s environmental satellite operation that distributes weather data worldwide. Under its contract, Litton will work with NOAA facilities in Washington, Miami, Kansas City, San Francisco, Anchorage and Honolulu.
