. . . One hundred Santa Ana residents signed a petition asking the city to draft a law limiting residents to three cats per household.
Their action followed news that Michael Fedoruk, “the Cat Man of Santa Ana,” kept 35 felines in his two-bedroom home. “It isn’t that I like them so much,” he said. “You can’t help but feel sorry for them.”
