Dodgers Need More Trades Than Tricks

The Dodgers need to practice hitting with men in scoring position rather than kid tricks. They have no satisfaction for being in first place, the Padres having fallen on their sword. Otherwise, the Dodgers would be where they have played themselves, a mediocre runner-up.

Chan Ho Park doesn’t need to apologize to them, they need to apologize to him and the pitching staff for their lack of support.

If the Dodgers and Angels want to be playing in October, they’d better wise up. The Dodgers need outfielders, the Angels need pitching. What could be simpler than a trade? If the two general managers can’t get together, it’ll be wait-until-next-year for both teams again.
