Ventura High Grad Gets 4-Year Scholarship

* A Ventura High School graduate was awarded a Seattle University Presidential Scholarship and will attend the university in the fall.
Theresa Nguyen of Ventura was among the 92 high school students who received the merit-based scholarships, which are equal to $10,500 per year for each of four consecutive years of undergraduate study.
Seattle University, founded in 1891, is one of the nation’s 28 Jesuit colleges and universities.
