Office Fire Confined to Two Computers
IRVINE —
Two computers caught fire in an office building early Sunday morning, but firefighters quickly prevented the blaze from spreading.
Alerted by a smoke alarm, the Orange County Fire Authority extinguished the blaze at the third floor offices of Johnny Rockets at 15635 Alton Parkway, said spokesman Capt. Scott Brown.
Damage was limited to about $5,000, including two charred computers and a hole in the drywall where firefighters poked through to make sure the fire had not spread.
